Photoshop Font [[[5tar]]]

Hello everyone. Once again im trying to expand my knowledge with Photoshop
How do make your font so you have 2 colors, like one color inside and one for the border line of the font itself...
And how to adjust how thick you want that border font color...

I was gone for school reasons and stress reasons. Teachers can be cruel! Anyway, I'm starting to get back in the swing of things, as my shop has been a total mess of non-activity for like a week or two! Not guaranteeing I'll be on for long, finals are in about 3 weeks, so... -gulps- Than God I only have 2 majorly worrysome finals, but My English Literature 12 teacher might spring another major unit exam next week (seriously, those tests make calculus seem like 2+2) so that will definitely limit me on the four day weekend coming up this friday - monday!

I was reviewing the FAQ again for a friend to find the answer to something and saw the premium thing... I was wondering how you get selected to have premium

The top post thing wasnt updating properly so i was messing around with the site database... I forgot that I had filtered the profile value fields to show the post count value only and thus changed the data type from text to integer (so it would rank properly)
Guess what, it changed everything, including those not filtered to integer so all your text values (like neopets usernames, guild) turned to 0. I do have a backup (that's about a week old) but I dont know... I dont want to mess it up even more by attempting a partial database restore.

so a moderator in this site Locked my board.
It was my guild board with the topic new mall name graphix etc etc... It was listed on the malling ideas boards...
They said next time use the mall openings...
well I used that board to recieve comments from people in this site to see what they thought about it not for advertising board.
Even the neomaller Owner posted on my board wishing me a bump :P
So what is this, I hope this is not going to be like neopets and everything you say and do will be like, omg spam, omg iced material.
Will someone make me a graphic?
