Gif image quality

I am just curious as to how to get the best quality out of a gif file. I would like it to have a clear background so it is either a gif or png. The png appears to be better quality but the file size is a lot bigger than the gif.
I am using Adobe Photoshop CS 8.0 and have attached a screenie of my choices when I save as a gif.

Again about Main Market

Ok, so.
I know I asked SIMILAR questions before, but here we go again..
I'm at size 562 and aiming to reach Main Market soon..
I have enough to go up to 595 or so, not sure, it's 4 million..
Then I'd need another 3 million just to reach size 618, which would be like the lowest hut there... And I believe I'd be dropped out of MM soon too..
My question is, is it worth it to upgrade to MM to reach size 618 or should I wait and go 630 or whatever (I'm keeping my np in the bank for the 1k I get daily - better than nothing XD)or being on the last hut still increase my sales?

Help with html program

I used to use microsoft frontpage for basic web editing, since I'm not too HTML smart, but I may be replacing my work computer and since my office copy is a c'racked' copy I doubt I'll be able to use it with my new system. I see frontpage is discontinued and is now expression web. Is it any good or is there better to use, for the html clueless?

Okay, so here's my situation right now ^^
I have a little over 19mill, enough to push me into MM and have about 1mill left to still keep the NPs flowing.
I'm currently considering two options, and I was hoping for some outside advice (:
I have a wearables shop in Desert Crew - and am definitely more than satisfied with profits, mall situation and everything, and I do encourage anyone out there to join us :D
However, we are an Island Market Mall, and even after upgrading to MM, I have no intentions to leave ^^

I am at Shop size 507 and I feel that I am too big for mini malls but too small for MM malls. Should I try to keep increasing my shop stock or increase my shop size? I don't know which one to do.

I wish neopets would change some of the map names to eg
Piece of a treasure map 1, Piece of a treasure map 2
Spooky Treasure Map map 1, Spooky Treasure Map 2
Petpet Laboratory Map 1, Petpet Laboratory Map 2
It is just so frustrating with not being able to see true sales using the Neomallers Portal.

Do you think my profit will increase?
Do you think I'll have more traffic hits?
What are the advantage and dis advantage?
