Non-noob mails

I actually dont get much noob mail at all =) Just occaional ones when something like Notable Pet happens. But today, I got a shop related non-noob mail (which is rare as well xD) [quote]Hey! I just checked, and he's been coming for about 2 weeks and has spent about 500k! =) I like repeat customers! I noticed them alot more with books , but it seems like I still get some :D

I just love getting those neomails and it makes all your hard work on your shop or whatever they are complimenting on all worthwhile and return customers are just the best!!!! They are such a refreshing change from all the noob mails. Gives you a warm fuzzy feeling instead of the frustrated feeling.

Those are very nice, especially when they mean it. In my experience, most of them try to lure you in with a nice comment about your shop/pet/account before they start asking for stuff :P

lol i dont think that mail falls into the NON-noob category!! :P But yea, those mails when people say they like your shop and proceed to beg for stuff is annoying :( But this one was genuine ^_^. I actually went to check and found I had a couple of repeat customers that come often, so I sent them thank-you mails and a codestone ^_^

lol, yeah, I misread the topic :P Yeah, I occassionally send people who buy a bunch of items a free plushie. I am starting to get return customers as well which is nice. I do have quite a few of the rare plushies priced at market though which is probably why.
