How Do I Fix This?

When I Try To Go To The Main Shops Nothing comes out then it says something about plugins i try to download then it doesnt say run only save im so confused! *unsure* *unsure* *cry* *cry*

I Go To The Flash Page It says Manual install And Then It Says Save or something else

Just in case anyone else has this question, go ahead and save the file (to your desktop or somewhere you can find it again) and then after it's saved, click on it and select "run".
