Lost psswd for NeoMallers account HELP

Dmitri - One of my mall-buddies requested passwd help and hasn't gotten a reply to her email. Is this working ok? (I'm asking for her, because she can't get in without it.) Thanks

phpMail on this server is acting up so it often takes years. Tell them to drop a message to my main neopets account (dmitri_stanislaus) with the username and I'll reset it. Dont say the word "password" since tnt can mistake that for asking neopets password
