portal isnt working

when i put sa;es history in and press process then comfirm it gives me a runtime error and closes

You're screwed. It's a virus that you can't delete. Take your computer up to the second floor, open a widow, drop the computer and then run to your local Best Buy and buy a real computer. *lol*

Hey D, isn't that the same problem I had? Try pasting less than 10 entries and see if it works...

There's a million and one reasons for runtime errors. Person didnt even post anything about browser, operating system or any screenshots so i'll just post this and move on.

it said runtime error 5 invalid call/arguement. and i have firefox 3.5 and IE6

Should be fine unless you screwed something up while setting up the portal. Have you tried restarting the computer?
