Sometimes it can take a while for your password to arrive, so don't panic yet. Correct me if I'm wrong but I think if you can't get into your account you can't self freeze =/

Did you have your pins set up? The hacker could have changed your email settings.

I don't think there is such a thing as an e-mail pin =/ To change your -email you have to confirm it through your old and new e-mail if I remember right I hope you figure this out and get your account back asap. :)

And there is a pin for changing email Pip. ;)

If you self freeze, can you get your account unfrozen later with TNT's help? If not, then I wouldn't do it YET. That new game challenge is super buggy. It froze up on my computer every time I tried to play it. The first game I couldn't get to play at all, the second one was buggy as heck. Since it's not uncommon for the site to log you out when something is buggy, it may just be the game glitches. As for your password, could you have used a former email? Also, even if you don't know your email OR password, you can still access your account with TNT's help. I lost all my account info (except user name) for 3 accounts once, and I got them all back by writing TNT and answering a few questions that nobody but me would know. I told them I used different email addresses and fake birthdays and they still sent me all my information so I could get back into my account. They even told me my emails and birthdays! LOL! If you still can't get into your account in a day or so, I'd write TNT from a side and tell them what happened. You might even do that now. Then if someone did get in there, at least they have a record of you reporting it. It would be a shame to loose an established account over panic.
