Help Please Really upset should I self freeze.

:( I play the new game and it froze I had to reboot my computer. When I got back to neopet I was logged out. I forgot my pw so I sent a request for it like 10 time I never recieved it. I don't know if someone stole my account or what. The e-mail address is correct. Should I self freeze? Or what. I work so hard and would hate to start over again. any ideas? Thanks

Im not sure if its been said, be sure to check your SPAM folder. One time I got nervous, b/c I forgot my password and requested that it was sent to me and I never received it. Neopets was never considered SPAM before by AOL, so I didnt think to check the folder. Eventually I checked it and found my password request there so I unmarked neopets as SPAM. It was weird that it ended up in that folder at all, I still dont know why it happened. Its worth trying for you if it hasnt been considered. Good Luck

I wouldn't self freeze=( I would just wait a day or two before doing that. I honestly think that you will be able to get your account back!
