Help Please Really upset should I self freeze.

:( I play the new game and it froze I had to reboot my computer. When I got back to neopet I was logged out. I forgot my pw so I sent a request for it like 10 time I never recieved it. I don't know if someone stole my account or what. The e-mail address is correct. Should I self freeze? Or what. I work so hard and would hate to start over again. any ideas? Thanks

Yeah everything is okay with her account. Believe me when I called her from work at lunch, she was really pissed off. I was gald I wasn't home and there was no frying pans around. *lol* Can't ya tell I love my wife? :D
