Question about making a possible new 4 mill NB add. Ideas?

I have a few questions about 4 mill NB adds. First off me and my friend who are hoping to put this together, People from different malls could gather up in one notice board add:) I would take care of collecting all of the notice board fees however I am not confident in posting the actual NB add. 1) Would someone be willing to post the NB add for us? I have a graphic maker but we might need help. Ill defiantly have A LOT of questions about setting up the pet pet page. If this plan goes through need some ideas on a NB name. Like I said this is only an idea please feel free to post any constructive advice. I know it will be a lot of work and since I am new to html I might be taking off more then what I can chew. Basic

Isn't that where all the information goes to? Also another question off topic. It says my hut is 0. And my shop size is 153...How do I update this?

I would willingly post the 4 mill nb ad. I live in hawaii so it is only 9:00 when it is midnight NST. So I can easily post it at 12:00:001 :)

Thanks :) Still worried I am biting off more then I can chew xD But I am very motivated about doing this. Its just that my motivation might not stay that high as in 27 days I have school. But I could always stop the 4 mill NB if it gets to much to handle.
