Yes, thanks for this great advice. I have been following that plan because it seems the most logical to me - it is nice to see that I am on the right track. Also, I hate to see those 200+ shops with 3 fish in them. I don't want to throw away all those nps! I honestly don't know if I could keep a 580+ shop restocked! It isn't having enough nps but the time factor. I am assuming that the reason the mall prices are sometimes just crazy is so you can manage the restock, keep the shop full at all times, and keep your stock from shifting all over the place (I wish I could assign places for stuff like the stupid baby food! I wonder if I could talk TNT into putting the ham and pea with the rest of the baby food??? grrrrrrrrrr! :P) Can you go into specifics about restocking your shop? I'm finally at a place I can keep my SDB full so I can just get it from there when I restock first thing in the AM -- but beyond living in shops and on neopets 20 hrs a day, what tips can you share? For instance, do you just camp out like I do on the 3rd each month -- I am on about 12hrs that day every month. Or do you just go on crazy buying sprees and not worry about your profit margin because you have so many millions it isn't an issue? I just realized that I am so rigid about what my profit margin is. Oh boy, restocking the shop... as you know, there are two ways - maybe even more - of stocking. Shop wiz, or restocking in the Neopian shops. If you're a profit watcher, most likely the RS way is for you. Especially with summer on the way. But yes, you're going to have to stock a few things with a lower profit margin that pull in the shoppers. Think of it this way. (Numbers used as an example here.) You have 100 great items in your shop, well priced, and you make a nice profit from them. But there are a few thousand items in your category, and the chance of someone looking for one of your 100 items is low. So you add 200 items, which ups your chances for your shop to be seen, and hopefully they'll buy one or ten of the higher profit items, bookmark your shop, and tell their friends. As for the third, yeah, I'm on extra hours that day, but lately it seems the only day I have to actually RS. I've got to organize my time better. (Note to self: You could RS more if you'd quit chatting.) OH! And use the Neomallers portal. No need to care where items sit in your shop. I'm sure better advice has been posted while I've typed, and more is yet to come. I'll be looking forward to them, as stocking seems to be my main thing to do lately.
