I don't know but I get the crying chia all the time because I'll try to buy too quickly. I have to just count to 5 every time until I get into the right rhythm. I get excited when I see rare items restock and want to buy them all as quickly as possible. In order to prevent some people from MASHING the F5 button and eventually get the good items. :P And I dont think Neopets will run smoothly with everyone pressing F5 every second lol

The reason they have rs bann is to give everyone a fair go... Wouldnt be fair if you spent 24/7 rs good items :P Also stops abbers getting out of hand

yep :P before some people could rs all the time without getting banned and it resulted in one person restocking all the LEVs he got like 20 before tnt finally fixed that lol the point is, people with no life will end up restocking everything all the time and it wont be fair to the kids and the newbies :D and we love them, dont we :D
