We won't force you but we appreciate it if you did. The more people who know about it, the more people will learn about yours and others shops! Any suggestions are welcomed to improve the directory!

If I were you, yea, I'd put a minimum size. Smaller shops are more likely to be changing categories and its more work for you to keep it updated

Do you have many under 20? I'd probably go for like 50-100 personally, but its up to you, how much time to you have keeping it updated and such =)
