where should i rs to get money for upgrades ?

most people rs for money and as much as i hate rsing i think i need to to pay for upgrades... where is a good place to rs that i can actually get things for profit (not hard) but i dont have to wait for like 6 hours of refreshing :P

I'm only in spooky for hut positioning though. there are times when i do better if i stay out of main (i.e. when more xmart shops are near the top of their huts)
