Portal Help for a newbie please?

I downloaded the portal a couple of weeks ago, got my shop fronts pasted in, and just finished putting in all the wiz prices for the books in my database. I went on to try to add my sales history this morning, but when I edit/copy, edit/paste, nothing happens. I also have a note at the top of the portal when I click on Submit My Sales History that says "Error found a:t 9 :09 :16 AM 'Type Mismatch'. What am I doing wrong? Thanks in advance for any help you can give :)

I am not sure if this will help or not but instead of using Edit/copy and edit/paste use Ctrl and C to copy and Ctrl and V to paste. When you copy your sales history, make sure you're just copying the actual date, item, buyer, and price (not the headings) or anything else on the page

Thanks Nicole, I am copying/pasting just that :( I've poured over the tutorials, but can't find the reason for the error, or what I'm doing wrong.

Bah, I'm at work and don't have my portal with me. If you're still having trouble this evening, mail me though, walking through it with you, I could probably help you figure it out. Have you closed it and reopened it and tried again?
