Pricing help - maps

I just got the bottom left corner of the Piece of a Treasure Map I searched and searched but it seems no one is selling it on their shops but I also can't find it separate on trades... The full treasure set is 310k according to trades, should I price it 150k? What do you guys think?

It goes for 110k or so. If you want a quicksale, 103k.
