Banner help?

I was on here one day and saw a link to easy coding for your mall banner. My friend wants to know because she wants to start a mall but is having trouble with the coding. I've search on here forever but I can't find it and I'm sure it wasn't on one of the forum topics. It was on an actual page. Do any of you know where to find it?

You could google "image mapping" to learn how to code images for malls
