Reasons to be scared?

I got this neomail about 30 seconds ago from this random person. I haven't been on the board this whole day, and haven't talked to anyone. My parents are from pakistan and I live in buffalo, ny I never heard of this person, saw them on the boards, or ever talked to them in any way. And I got this neomail. O.O They knew where I lived from my user lookup-http://www.neopets.com/userlookup.phtml?user=abrar1646 But rest of that...is just...odd....O.O
