Problem with retrieving password?

One of my mall members cannot log in because the password will not send to his email. fartalot007 is his username (both on Neopets and on here). I talk to him regularly, so any updates could be forwarded through me if necessary. Thank you so much!!

[center] I have a maller who has run into the same issue. I checked the form for starting a new account, and it looks like it only asks for the email once. Is it possible that she may have just mistyped the address slightly? And just didn't realize because she didn't have to activate it through email? Php's mail service isnt working properly which is why I have a bold statement on the register page not to forget the password. Anyways I cant do anything unless the username is provided and the person mails my neopets account from their main neopets account

Tell them to stop blocking cookies on neomallers and it will fix itself.

The person that's saying neomallers "forgets" their password since that's impossible unless they have security software or browser add-on that's blocking session cookies here.

A friend of mine reborn_naphesh (Slim on neomallers) has forgotten her password, and is unable to receive it via neomail. She was wondering if you could please reset retrieve/reset it for her? We weren't born to follow ♥
