Counter not registering hits for me

For some reason, my counter isn't registering hits. Did I set it up wrong?

ok so I registered,got my counter code for my shop,BUT made a huge error when typing in my name for my neopets shop account. I got the code ok,but so far it doesn't seem to be working and not counting. Can you fix the name for me or try to get it working. I tried making a new account to submit the correct shop username but was told I had already made an account under my neopets username,which i did,just typed the shop name incorrectly. What to do now?
