I need some help with the portal

Right when I open the portal I get this error. http://i35.tinypic.com/20uefs1.jpg So I click ok. Read the instructions and reinstall it. Sounds like you installed the UPDATE without installing the core. Or you installed the core but decided you didnt like some of how the files were dressed like and tried deleting them
