My monitors gone weird. Help please?

I was playing a game today, and then suddenly it froze. So I rebooted my computer, and now my monitor seems really dull, White looks grey, etc.Its weird though, because when I press auto-config on my monitor, the screen lights up to what it used to be for a few seconds, then goes dull again. Anyone know whats going on, and got any ideas how to fix it? Thanks :)

nvm, after spending half an hour trying to change all the settings, I spotted the reset button -.- problem fixed :P Thanks

Probably should throw it out just in case. What would you do if you were in the middle of restocking a sparkshooter and the monitor went dead???

LOL! Poor guy! I could still see fine, just little things like that annoy me :P when it comes to computers, everything has to be perfect, otherwise its in the trash bin :P
