Hmmm that question is very... random XD I suppose I'm wondering that too now :P My sisters BF is Albanian, and he says these days computers are just starting to catch on, so maybe we'll see an increase in Albanians before too long :P However over there most males probably wouldn't be caught dead playing neopets, so that reduces your chance of seeing an Albanian by about 50% right there :P
