Best Customer!!

Do you guys have your best customer :P? I got this person that comes to my shop every day and buys petpets! they have spent over 265k so far! And sometimes they sell the stuff on for less than what they paid :P makes me sad!

I would think for returning customers a well price stamp/coins/shells store would get the most XD Something people are constantly collecting and know you're cheap. Although i SSW everything, and when I can't for a quest I have someone on charter SSW for me *lol*

Do you guys accept neofriend requests from people that buy from your shop? I refuse all if I dont know them, but just wondering what others do. Does it help?

It's typcially a cheap item, like an altachuck or another free petpet, but they keep coming back. If I see someone in my till that spend 50K or more, I try and send them an item as well (like if they bought all petpets, I'll send them a food dish or something like that). I noticed that a lot of those people tend to come back to my shop. I also live on the shop ads neoboard which tends to help too, lol. A lot of newbies bookmark me from there.

My only neofriends are actual friends. I've had a few people ask, but I politely tell them no.

YayThe NeoBoards are currently down because something a sploded. Our DBA monkeys are looking into it and are hoping to have it fixed shortly. Hoorah for DBA monkeys! In the meantime, you can play games and stuff. Or um... go outside. :o lol

I think of it this way, I can VIP my true friends to clear through the mush and most of the requests are from the kids that dont know how to bookmark, or probably even what a bookmark means so they friend you to find you. I lost count of how many I have tried to explain that concept to when they mail and ask to friend so they can find my shop again. Out of 13,098 total customers so far, 241 have returned This is about 1.84% My top person spent 96k.... I haven't had someone go crazy in my shop. lol
