Can not seem to figure out this out.

I noticed a lot of shops in malls have nice borders around items that goes around the items and text dealing with these items. I tried making a border its thin and green and goes around items but every other single graphic and button on my shop page even the neopets sidebar and topbar. I am looking for some code help with this problem so i can make my shop page a bit more professional looking. Thank you

You may need to mess with the spacing inside the image so that your item background doesn't cover part of the image so here is the coding I use in my shop: '.content table tbody tr td {padding: 42px 10px 20px 10px;background-repeat: no-repeat; background-position: center center; background-image:url(http:__whatever__);} img {//border:0px;}' (just remove the ' at the front and end of that coding) Just fool around with the numbers before px until you get it just right. ~ Mimi ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ~ Mimi's Ménagerie ~ http://www.neopets.com/browseshop.phtml?owner=temps_bons&misc

been working on border for my items. I have one made and i put into code and it doesnt show up no matter how much i make the padding around the items. My image is simply a 126x160 image with a grey border and says purchase at bottom. i uploaded it to photobucket and put the link into my code and yet i cant see it at all.

alright my bad got the image to shop as border. problem now is image doesnt look right with items with longer names . do i need to make image longer to make universal to fit all items. or can i stretch it around certian items?
