Hey everyone, this is Janelle. I have been logged out and my accounts are both stolen. Masterpeas, my pea chia was stolen and my UC Grey Aisha was stolen from my side. So, Mallers beware. Cookiegrabbers are alive and well.

I'm the manager of Roo Malls with my great friend AuntAdria. Adria knows and she's behind me all the way. I am more a general manager now, and I do more of the things that have to do with all mallers and not a particular mall if that makes sense.

I had all the ones I run on an account that wasn't affected. I started Roo Island Mall (the original) about 4 and a half years ago and then Adria promptly redid all the graphics and became a great friend. We built Roo together to what it is now. She runs the biggest branch, and I had managed the original mall until lately, plus we both do a lot of mall manager "stuff" together. We are a team.

So sorry this happened! Hopefully it won't take them long to give it back. Besides masterpeas, do you know of anything else that was taken? I never looked to see if you had a gallery. I checked your shop yesterday after you posted on here and it was still ok. But then again that was yesterday. Maybe they didn't do much to your account? Again sorry and hopefully TNT will return it in some kind of timely fashion. I heard of someone else getting there's back in 3 days, so...hopefully.

Frank have you heard anything on your account since the cookie incident? Did you report it to TNT? Sorry if you answered already, I have not gone back on pages yet.

I hate IE, too many issues, it was fine in the beggining and than I kept getting tons of errors and it kept shutting down, got FF and I love it so far, I have Opera, Google Chrome, Safari too but so far I am sticking with FF. FF seems to have better protection from what I have experienced. I try to take steps to protect my neo account, but I think you guys/gals are right neo needs to take more steps to protect us since now that there are things to buy with real money. I do agree its identity theft! Is there a way to sign some kind of petition or something and send to neo. lol

Sorry to hear about your account. :( I myself have been a victim of CGing... but it was only a side account. I never did get that account back, though. I was using IE at the time... now I'll never go back. After that I switched to FF. IE is pure evil. At least in my opinion. Good luck with getting your account back!

I have sent in all the forms. Now for the wait game. I do know that the account Masterpeas was on was frozen with Masterpeas still on it. That tells me the owner of that account was definitely doing something wrong about my account. My shop looked the same, and I recently sold all the "good" gallery items I had to upgrade my shop. I only kept sentimental items in there. I'd guess my cash is gone, but last time this happened 7 million was gone plus items. This time I was in the process of upgrading so I had less on hand thank goodness. Thanks for listening everyone. I'm so glad my account is finally frozen, and look forward to hearing from TNT. Before I was frozen I did get online to premium which I had a different password on and changed the side account I'm using now to be an alias. Yay for that.

Updating. Other then my cash, my pea chia Masterpeas who is on the hacker's frozen account, and the trades I had up at the moment, my account is intact and I have it back. Thanks for all the good thoughts. :0)
