All Members Not Showing

All of my mall members are not showing to me under the Neopets Top Shops Displaying data for: Neo Depot Mall, yet when i check their profiles, they are showing as a member. Anyone know what the problem could be so I can fix this?? Thanks!

I'll state the obvious of anyone with this problem checking they don't have colour disabled. You should be able to see. Maybe your color settings are too bright
