Can not seem to figure out this out.

I noticed a lot of shops in malls have nice borders around items that goes around the items and text dealing with these items. I tried making a border its thin and green and goes around items but every other single graphic and button on my shop page even the neopets sidebar and topbar. I am looking for some code help with this problem so i can make my shop page a bit more professional looking. Thank you

Pretty sure 126 x 160 doesnt work with the 42 10 20 10. It only works marginally with the Xmart layout and i chose 126 specifically for a certain reason...
