Slightly off topic but if pictures aren't allowed then how do these Harry Potter/Celebrity/whatever guilds get away with their layouts as it has pictures of people on them? Maybe it's different with celebrities (or those guilds may not exist anymore, idk, the only thing I do on neo anymore is stock my shop lol)? But anyways.. It was a very cute page!
