Price wars

I was just wondering if you have ever been in a price war with someone. I have a newbie who is stocking 3 or 4 of the relatively cheap furniture and garden items at ridiculous discounts. For example, yesterday it was Fire Bushes for 800np when everyone else had them for at least 1100np. *angry* So do I keep pricing under him by 1np? It might drive him away but will probably deflate the items which I don't really want. Do I price higher than him in the hopes that he'll eventually raise his prices? Do I buy from him? (cringes at the thought) Should I just let it go? Any thoughts on this? *unsure*

Well, you could do what I do to release tension.. throw a double dung hot dog at them! It wont do much for the situation, but it can make you feel much better *lol*

It was tempting, but no. There are now 2 people pricing even less than him. Deflaters! So if he wants to keep up, he'll only make 100np per item at most. Maybe he'll decide the effort isn't worth it and move on :D
