What are the best location of a notice board posting to increase traffic into your store?

I actually am kind of curious as to the reason. Like i have some suspicions and a little background knowledge, but I don't know the real reason...*unsure*

Speaking of getting advertisements, anyone noticed the person who does 1 NP, NF only auctions with PBs all the time. I thought he was a CGer at first trying to get people to view his lookup. One fine day, I decided to risk it & try viewing his lookup and there was a big banner on his lookup advertising his shop.. That was a big wow!

Its so good that a certain "user" on neopet will only allow his mall to get into it. There's currently only one or two malls on neopets that have the shop sizes needed to overcome that but yeah.. risky business lol
