I'm not sure how many people would view this as a con, but it goes along with the cost issue, the thing is if you restock you're always making a profit once you know what to buy and you really don't have to put money into it that you'll never get back. Malling does pay for itself in the long run, but if you get up to a size 600 shop you've put in MILLIONS and then if you decide to quit malling you'll never get that money back.
