And now am given the opportunity to display my profound knowledge of by favourite drink (despite people likely being uninterested) :P The cappuccino contains both coffee and a sizable portion of milk which is preheated. The coffee is traditionally made with ground coffee beans which are removed after brewing (rather than that instant stuff that most people have). The straight coffee can be taken black or with a small quantity of milk or cream. A cappuccino has milk heated via a steam wand (which is what I think gives it the magical properties I love so much) so the milk is converted into a microfoam. A thicker foam rises to the surface and forms a layer on top of your cappuccino, upon which chocolate dust is sprinkled. While this does make the coffee that much more wonderful to drink, in a candle, the milk and chocolate scents would override the more rich and sensual coffee aroma that we (should) all love in the morning while making our first cuppa. But saying all this, the 'cappuccino' scented candle would likely be the same as a coffee scented one. It's just a matter of semantics, really.
