k ive got the code for changing the shortcut links Trades Auctions Wishlist Neomail Neofriend but now i need an immage any one know a website or some one that can help me ?

Do you mean you're looking for a suitable image? I just search online or use neopets graphic/pixel websites etc.

What exactly are you trying to do? Are you trying to change the pictures of the Trades, Auctions, Wishlist, Neomail, Neofriend icons? Or are you asking for someone to create images for you?
