Messed up Neo

Ok, so about 10 minutes ago Neo went screwy. I keep refreshing and stuff but it doesn't help. =/ Is it just me or is it everyone? Here's a few screenies...

I use google chrome and that happens a lot for me, but after a few refreshes it always gets cleared up.
