Error message when updating from shop history

I got an error message (on screenie attached) when I was trying to update from my shop history. OS & Language: Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit - English Browser & Version: Firefox 3.6 - English I was wondering what the error means, and if there is anything that can be done to fix it. Thanks very much :)

I've done that, but it's now coming up with the same error for a different item (adopt a grundo coin) =/

I keep getting that error too. But I could never read it because the progress bar would be in front of the popup error box. It happens every few days with different items each time, and I just fix the database for each item and try again until it works.
