SSW Strategy

I was just wondering what everyone's SSW strategy was. Do you have a list and just run down it until it bans you, wait til the hour is over and repeat? Or do you try and pace it to see if you can make the SSW last longer? I've been trying to keep track of how many searches I can get per hour before banning and testing different strategies to see what the most effect way to use the SSW is. Any input? :D

well it seems to me that the faster you search, the quicker you get banned. Secondly, i usually use it near the end of the hour so if i get banned, wait maybe a couple minutes and voila :D

I've found I can generally get to the end of the hour with my list, and then it resets and I can finish it better. As opposed to having it broken up.

I too have noticed that the longer you stretch out your searches, the longer the SSW will last. I also found that if you haven't used the SSW in a few hours, you'll get more searches. I'm pretty impatient though, so I tend to fly through the SSW, then get mad when I get banned.... XD

I usually try to start near the end of the hour and space out my searches, which isn't a big deal because I am usually doing a million things at once :) I seem to be able to get more searches out of it that way, but I have honestly never kept track. I would be curious to know what you found :)

Well starting at 4:23 I got 36 searches in before I got banned at 4:41.. I think I'm going to start making an excel hardsheet and see if I can find a magical correlation between time and searches.. EDIT: I have now started this. Recording Time Started, The Number of Searches, Time Banned, Time Spent(in mins), Number of Searches per Minute. Any other suggestions for analyzing?

I just go down my list. I always have other stuff to do so I don't mind if I get banned - as long as it's not those 50- or 60-minute ones :K

I don't have SSW, but when I use my regular wiz I start at :45 or so and still get banned before the end of the hour lol. xD
