Frozen :k Possibly CG'ed

Ya so my main, _44r0n_, was frozen tonight for "Discussing sexual content". I have never done such on Neopets and I believe I was CG'ed as my pet is now on a different account. Is there anything I can do to get my account back besides filling out that form which they probably dont read anyways? I was a premium member too. :K Sorry if this is in the wrong section, I wasnt sure if it should be in Kiln or Misc.

Did you submit the premium frozen form or the normal one? That was a pretty quick response. Charlotte rarely helps though. She's probably the worst one to get. I did kinda get the feeling that she didnt read it though.

She responded again, but now she's saying I got frozen for a different reason *unsure* Your account was frozen due to one (or more) of the following three reasons: 1) You voluntarily gave your username and password to a password scamming page while attempting to gain neopoints or items; 2) You voluntarily gave your username and password away to a scammer over an instant messaging service or an email in an attempt to gain neopoints, items, trophies, or avatars; or 3) You attempted to download a cheat program that stole your username and password. And now when I try to log in, it says my account has been frozen for the owners protection.

If it's now saying it's frozen for your own protection, technically all you need to do is prove that the account is yours, which should be quite easy. Resubmit using the premium form here: premium.neopets.com/frozen.aspx If it's saying it's for your own protection, Charlotte should have unfrozen it for you instead of coming back with that crap, but like I said, I've dealt with her a few times and she was useless. How would they know that it was "in an attempt to gain neopoints, items, trophies, or avatars"?? you might wanna mention exactly what happened. In my case, when I did that, I was unfrozen within 2-3 hours. Until then, they would say that I scammed blah blah blah
