i was on neopets when i was suddenly kicked off. i logged back on all 10 mil was gone i had a pin and everything.

Sorry that happened to you. Just make sure you change your word and email. You can try sending a report in to TNT but it probably won't be any help. A lot of people lately have been hacked/scammed. You're actually pretty lucky you still have your account. Anyway, you'll just have to start rebuilding. Sorry. =/

Have the neopoints definitely been stolen? Could it be a glitch? It's odd that you'd still have your account if you'd been scammed... Has anything else happened? Have you lost any of your pets? Items? Etc? I'm pretty sure i was hacked because while i was on i got kicked off twice the second time i realized that all of my money was gone. but tnt wrote me back and told me they froze whoever did it.

If they did find him/her and froze them wouldnt the next step is returning your np? isnt it logic for tnt to return your 10mil?
