That's one of the best changes Neo has made in years. But, it makes me regret even more that I didn't paint my BD draik Darigan before conversions.

Do you think it applies to all UC's or just those on a certain age account? I want to know for sure before I put my UC Krawk as my active...

I'd wait for today's editorial before ruling out an account age thing - lots of people have that question so maybe they will address it. I don't think it matters about account age, but I've never been good at thinking like TNT :P
