The Nursery mall is about to open the Playground Mall. The NB add fees are 15k and the minimum shop size is going to be 75. I want everyone to upgrade 4-5 sizes a month. I want to tell everyone who is looking at this the truth about the first month of the mall. I believe that it may be a tough time for the mall because we currently don't have all the positions filled.
