Premium Portal - Why won't it work?

I've got the trial active, but the PP won't work. When I try to get someone to refer me, it says that I've already got a pending referral, although I don't know what to do with that.

Someone has already sent you a referral. You can just go to the portal page and sign up for it with a credit card. I know when I got premium, I wanted one of my friends to refer me, but I was already referred and I didn't even remember. If you have already been referred in the past you may NOT have the 15 day trial, you must start paying immediately.

I've been referred, but I didn't click on the link (I was confused at that time and barely knew anything about malling). When I tried to do the 15 day trial, it worked fine, I entered in my parent's credit card details (No, they did it for me, of course I didn't do what you're thinking), but I can't access the portal, apparently I need a referral from a Premium Portal member. I can't be referred because apparently somebody has already referred me. [email protected]) works, but Portal doesn't. There is an automatic referral button under the Eyrie's Petpet page for id Iamclassy on Neopets, that you can click on... this may help you out, however your friend will not get the credit for the referral Iamclassy will. I am not sure since they just revised the Premium Agreements and credits (Per the daily news about a month ot 2 ago) & I have not read the terms and conditions as I am not a premium member it did not concern me. I hope you are talking about the portal through Neopets and I am not getting this confused with the mall tracking portal through neomallers. I also hope this has helped in some way and not caused more confusion!
