Yeah I'm pretty sure you have to disable the neopets.com###ban filter from Adblock.

I have had this happen where it is Neo's issue but I found if I have my FF Zoomed up to high that the issue you are mentioning happens. You may want to ensure that you are at least at a zoom size of 100% if this does not fix it then it's more than likely Neo. You can check this by going to your options at the top of FF and clicking "View" (it is the third one), then move down the list to "Zoom" and following the right arrow choose one of the options and then clicking on 100% (if it is not already marked). I hope this helps solve the issue, as I have not been on neo for a few days. They may be running some odd ad that this is causing it to happen and it happens to me periodically when I try to customize my pets. Just an FYI, on the last sentence... The sidebar ad runs into the last row of ads no matter what sizing you make FF and it also can cut through even the option to customize at all as you cannot get the helper information off the screen as it covers the close button in that area.
