I have not done anything else, as I know that TNT said multiple forms/tickets and etc slows them down, but I really would like to have feedback from them. At this point, it is a waiting game, but I have well over $1500 in real life money between merchandise, TCG, NC and too much work into that account. Do you have their email address? That method of sending the ticket is exactly how I did mine. The ticket is in the system, I just cant view it, because I have to be logged in my main, which I cant lol. I have my side alias, but it states I am not authorized to view the ticket, so at this point, I have been just sitting here wondering if I should persue further attempts to contact TNT, or just wait a day or so. It was the first time I ever even heard of the ticket system, and already I do not like it. Overall I am baffled by the whole mess in its entirety, because as far as I could tell, I did not run into and CGs. I was SSWing for my shop stock, and all shops entered fuunctioned normally, and the items I was buying were not really snipes, they were priced at the common going rate (was avoiding the snipe priced ones to specifically avoid any possible CGS). Wow what is going on with Pets ?????? on my buddy list I have 3 friends who have their accounts frozen one from Pet Paradise Mall ;) Galitare and 2 from tml malls. Seems to be happening to a lot of the bigger shops :(
