Woah.... Strange Code

I found some strange code in my shop.. I definitely did not put it there.. See attachment.. Help please anyone know if someone has been in my account

Oh noooooo. this code was found in my shop too when i went to change my shop description. i changed my description an hour ago, and then i went to change huts and i couldn't change it due to the ifram. i deleted it right away, logged out, and in, changed my pw, logged out and changed my pw again, and deleted my cookies. i really really hope i'm safe....
