Yep, I've been frozen for the same reasons. I, like whispering_acara, made the mistake of immediately filing a ticket, under my main, so I can't access it. I got frozen overnight sometime on Monday before I woke up. I feel sick to my stomach, and have all week over it.

This just gets more depressing, I am just seeing more and more hard working and honest people getting hit left and right. Its also the weekend, so I seriously doubt anyone is working the support tickets, even if TNT on their new board in the neoboards stats 'support is working overtime'. I think the ticket system is glitchy as hell (which in reguards to TNT and glitches, nothing new there). I know exactly how you feel, I spent over an hour as well. To make matters worse, it was at work. With the amount of CG issues there have been over the past few weeks, I can only assume Neopets is finally taking a stand against it and freezing people's accounts to minimize the damage but... still... this is getting out of hand =(. I hold my breath every morning when I log on, fearing my account might have been compromised. I know I clicked one of these fake items in a shop a few days ago but after changing my p-word 3 times, logging in and out and installing the Key Scrambler, I think I'm safe. I really don't want my account to get frozen. It's not the downtime that would upset me but having to reprice 22 pages of stock in my shop =/. WOW! The last two days has just been insane! I just checked my neofriends and 3 are frozen. 1 of whom had just got her account back after being cg, I think it has happened again! So let me get this straight, to get cg you need to go into a shop and click on an item to buy and there is some code in the item that grabs all your details and lets these cgers into your account? I am just trying to get the facts because on the help boards it is saying something about cgers being a fake login page.
