I sent in a premium request in because I called the premium tech line and they said if I sent in a support ticket, it could take months to get my account back. Most of the GENERIC bad stuff is the cross site drive by infections (mostly from the ads that get served up from whomever Neopets uses for their ad service). Besides, Ad-Block = 1/2 the reason to have Premium (no ads on Neo) *lol* Now if only Ad-Block had the SSW built in!
