Value+ Mall

Hello everyone,I was woundering what is the cheapest price I can pay so I can get my Mall on the notice board.Do You know?Should I just get more members first?I will post my shop and everything else after this message.Oh and also I wanted you to tell me what should the image be other wise then the image I have.
