Merry Christmas

Merry Christmas everyone, I hope you all have a lovely day with family & friends. If you have lost a loved one during the year I also hope you remember the good times you had with the person you have lost. I lost my mum in 2010 and will be having a cuppa tea tmw morning when I first get up as thats what my mum did each morning. She loved her cuppa tea's, I never ever saw my mum have a cuppa coffee. Love you mum and miss you heaps, you were my BEST FRIEND and now your my little Angel. R.I.P MA till we meet again. XOXOXO I haven't contacted neopets yet but before I do I wanted to ask here first so does anyone know if we are allowed to put a R.I.P on our lookup please on neopets ?

Let's see, I didn't sleep at all last night, got up at 6:30 to go over to my Aunt/Uncle/Cousins with my parents for the little cousin to open presents, to find out that my parents left while I was in the shower. Wow. So I went back to bed and got a few hours of sleep. Nothing like getting up alone and abandoned at home, opening the laptop that had a christmas station playing the night before, and the first song that comes on is 'Nobody should be alone for christmas' Merry Christmas *lol*

Happy holidays! I'm sorry that you've lost your mum, Sales -- I lost mine five years ago and the holiday are still a very bittersweet time for me. I'm happy to be spending them with my boyfriend's family here in NZ, but I'll always wish that my Mom was with me and it always reminds me that she's not here anymore. I'm sure she was having a cuppa with you! I'm not sure if you're allowed to put RIPs on lookups but I've seen several throughout the years.

I asked friends who i thought would know about the RIP question (i thought it would be frowned on, though not necessarily against the rules), so wanted to check with others, and got these replies "It's not advised and will likely get deleted.  She can put In Memory.  But not RIP in any other way than lighthearted jesting" and "Saying RIP about a petpet that got eaten by turmy or vaped by the petpet lab ray is fine.  Saying it about a celebrity or neopian character can be allowed...But when announcing a real death even if its just a pet at home, rather than a family member, can get the entire page cleared. Not always, but often enough."
