The problem is Leah, is it can make a huge difference. *cry* Definitely mail your mall manager, and I'd probably move to a side to rebuild even though your shop is the same. I do agree with a lot of what Lana said about your shop being the same, but even needing to make one small change can hurt the entire mall as well as you. If you want all the account privileges you had on your main, switch sides. It shouldn't take -too long- to rebuild. Mail your manager like I said, do a sale on all non-category/things you no longer wanna sell, and send the profit over to a side. TNT I'm sure will understand if you make an account your new main, as long as you can at least remove everything from your shop, move your NP off, sell your stocks, etc. Anything to show you're no longer making money from that account. For more info on moving and whatnot...here's a good guide so you know what you can and can't get away with XD http://www.neopets.com/~akaunts :) I still think have the rights to change your lookup and whatnot shouldn't be included in a perma-silence unless that's where your infraction was, in which your case it isn't. They should just disable mailing and board chatting for you, but I don't think TNT would hear you out.

I know you are disappointed and frustrated right now. But, you aren't frozen with no assets at all. And you have great restocking skills. Starting a new shop is a bummer, but you can get back to MM within a relatively short time because of your skills with purchasing at the right price. I bet you get to back to MM before I reach it.

Yeah, TNT def wont remove the perma in that case. Even with my friends, I have to watch like a hawk everything I say, as things tend to be over scrutinized, which is what I always found so ironic with neopets, where behaviour is orientated 'for kids', yet as far as regulation of the economy and such, thats more adult orientated. I have always though they should have some sort of adult only section or chat or etc, where mails and such are not so strictly regulated, but until then I just rely on conventional methods like messengers and Team Speak. Silencing is still pretty green with TNT, so I do not know how they feel about someone with a perma silenced account turning to their sides (as many currently do) since the silence feature was implemented to be less of a punishment than losing an account do to a "minor" offense as they called it. I would myself though use the side to communicate, but in the case of full on malling, not being able to change shop desc would be a huge roadblock. Good thing for now is they did not clear any of the editable areas you normally can edit, so for now things may still be okay as someone mentioned earlier. In any case, hopefully you can work a work around and everything goes okay.
